Flooded Commercial Building in Macomb, MI

This flooded commercial building was discovered when the maintenance manager checked in on the property.  They discovered his water meter had froze and cracked spewing water everywhere for a few days.  SERVPRO was able to come in and help the owner of the property file an insurance claim.  We then helped him dry his structure and get it ready for showings again to rent out.  He was thrilled with the help received and thought it would be a terrible process.  We were able to help him write a repair estimate and maximize his claim.  If you have damage to your commercial property call SERVPRO at 586-598-5050.
